Pre-ERP Investment Advisory Consulting
If you are thinking of investing in an ERP product, you may want a second opinion to gauge how much an ERP product or solution will really benefit you. You may also require assistance with vetting the various vendors, shortlisting them, and matching their functionalities to your requirements. you may also need assistance identifying and compiling your own detailed requirements. you may not be aware of the technical specifications involved and you may not have an IT department to sort out the details for you. You may also be feeling overwhelmed after inviting several different service providers to come over and demonstrate their products. Purchasing an ERP Solution
If you have already gone through a Pre-ERP Investment phase and are now ready to settle on a specific ERP Product, we can make recommendations or introductions for a suitable partner/vendor
Implementation & Support/Maintenance ERP Engagements
Purchasing an ERP solution will require a detailed implementation service to go along with it. This may take from 6 months to a year depending on your size and complexity. We do offer contractual ERP engagements specifically for Sage X3 ERP. We also offer maintenance and support engagements on a contract basis for Sage X3 ERP. This could be a fixed 1 year contract or a pay-per-use model that is calculated upon man hours utilised to provide a solution for each case. We have various models for the support engagement as well as the consulting engagement. The value add proposition here is so that you are not bound to a single partner or service provider and that you always feel you have the option to move between service providers if you feel you are not getting the best service
